Candace Freeman is the mother of two (2) beautiful girls with strong ties to the Norfolk Community.  Ms. Freeman graduated from Booker T. Washington Highschool and went on to study Accounting at Norfolk State University and Paralegal Studies at Bryant & Stratton College.  She has a strong passion for helping other and has chosen this field of service.  Ms. Freeman interned with Portsmouth Probation and Parole and has over 18+ years in Personal Injury and Criminal Law.
